Pre-Payment Plans and What You Need To Know | Ottawa Boudoir Photographer

Hey Babe! I’m happy you’re here!! When booking your boudoir session, it’s incredibly important to know all the factors. You now know what a full session includes (can be found here in case you forget) and you know what products are available (albums, presentation boxes, metal prints, etc...). What’s also important to know is that I offer pre-payment plans for those products! It's super exciting because it means you can pay it off a little at a time without feeling like you're overextending your finances if you’re not in a position to pay for your product in full at your viewing and ordering session. I'm going to give you a quick run down of what the payment plan entails and hopefully answer any questions you may have!
Pre-Payment plans are available to help pay off your DREAM collection before your session. You choose which collection interests you the most and start paying it off before your session takes place. This helps with the overall cost and not having to worry about dropping a whole ton of money the day of your shoot. Payment plans are not available after your session.
Pre-Payment Plans are for those who don't want to have to worry about making such a large investment the day of their session.
Pre-payment plans are available for up to 12 months in advance.
All payments must be made using a credit card. E-transfers are not accepted.
Payment average is $300-$700 per month depending on what collection you end up choosing.
A $200 charge to your credit card is required in order to set you up on the pre-payment plan to have your card on file for the rest of the payments. This is just $200 of your chosen collection then the rest is split into equal payments.
Payments are set up to automatically be drafted the day it is due. You receive a few notifications with reminders. If you want to pay it before the due date, you are more than welcome to do so.
Pre-payment plans are interest free!
If you miss 2 payments, your payment plan will be cancelled, you will loose all your bonuses and you will be required to pay the final balance in full 60-days before your session.
If you fail to make your payment in full after the payment plan is cancelled, your session is cancelled and all your payments are forfeited.
Pre-payment plans must be signed by the client who is attending the session and must be made using their own credit card.
The final payment must be made at least 30-days before your session date.
Payment plans are mandatory for all clients - whether it's equal payments up to 30-days prior or paying in full 60-days prior to your session date.
All payments made under the contract are non-refundable. All sales are final.
So why should you do a pre-payment plan? Well, there's a few reasons!
It's easier to spread out payments throughout a few months leading up to your shoot instead of making such a large investment the day of your session since all viewings take place that day.
You get to enjoy your shoot by relaxing and having a great time without thinking in the back of your head how you are going to afford all your photos (because everyone always wants them all!). Additionally, the 5-10 photos I show you at the back of the camera during your session is only about 10% off the photos you actually see at your viewing!
THERE ARE BONUSES!!! You can get up to 3 FREE bonuses based on which collection you choose! They include things like specialty products, additional outfits, speciality sets, and even lunch on me for you to go enjoy while I edit your photos the day of your shoot! Each collection has specific bonuses available. Some are standard which are available to all collections, whereas some are premium or elite and only available for certain collections. Bonuses are only available for collections and not available for a la carte purchases so just keep that in mind as well. All the bonuses are available in my prep guide for you to choose from once you have booked your session.
